Customer Success Representative

Gotransverse is seeking a Customer Success Representative for our fast-growing SaaS Billing and Revenue Management solution. This is a critical role in fostering relationships with our customer base. You will spend time analyzing, aggregating, understanding, and presenting data around our customers’ usage of our platform. Critical to this role is being comfortable presenting in front of customers, strong project management skills, and eventually - technical expertise in Gotransverse products.

This Role’s Responsibilities include:

  • Advocating for the customer while managing their expectations.
  • Data analysis; compiling and presenting data to customers during regular business review meetings.
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in the area of subscription billing and revenue management, and Gotransverse’s platform.
  • Collaborating on several, concurrent projects, which include designing and improving reporting as well as documenting projects.
  • Utilizing your excellent problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and customers pain points.
  • Some travel to customer sites may be required.
  • While we can accommodate some remote work, being in the office is the expectation.

Skills we are looking for you bring to Gotransverse:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to quickly create a lasting rapport with customers.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, accounting or a related major.
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Basic SQL Knowledge.
  • Ability to accurately scope, plan, and estimate level of effort for tasks, with appropriate balance of risk and effort.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Must be a self-starter that is highly motivated by customer success that is willing to be hands on to get the job done.
  • Willingness to learn quickly within a highly motivated organization.
  • High initiative, high ability to innovate & differentiate.
  • Creative, Open Minded.
